Products purchased on shop.estro.games may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged.

  • >Italy and EU: shipping costs and the choice of courier are the customer's responsibility. Once the condition of the product has been verified, the amount of the original purchase will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded.
